I’m really excited that you’re here. This programme is brand new, and you’re one of the first to join!
This programme is designed to keep you safe AND strong and fit throughout your pregnancy - it doesn’t have to be one or the other. It’s not about resting for 9 months, and it’s not about pushing yourself ridiculously hard either. There is a middle ground. We can respect the sacred journey of pregnancy and birth, but we now know SO MUCH about exercise during this time - what’s safe and what’s not.
I’ll be planning all your workouts and telling you exactly what to do month by month, so you don’t have to guess or go searching on Google
And you may already know that I’ll be doing all of this with you - I’m also pregnant with my second child, currently 13 weeks, so I’m really excited to be not only creating the programme, but doing it along with you!
I won’t tell you any more about the programme, because below there is a guided tour, an overview of your pregnancy journey and how exercise is going to change.
