WELCOME TO CORE BASICS!
Thank you so much for joining Core Basics for Pregnancy! I'm so excited that you're here!
This short course is going to teach you everything you need to know about your core during pregnancy, keeping it strong and supple, safeguarding your pelvic floor and preventing Diastasis Recti.

I have kept each lesson as short as possible - there is both text and a video, so you can choose to read OR watch/listen to the video (or both)
SOME of the lessons include a follow along video where I actually want you to DO an exercise or two - I'll let you know when that is.
It will only take you a total of about 30 mins to complete the whole thing - and you don't need to do it all at once. Just "mark lesson as complete" each time you finish a lesson"
I will be sending you one email a day over 10 days, it will take you about 7-8 minutes to complete each one. You may choose to do it according to this schedule - or just binge-watch it all at once here on this course
I'm going to be really honest with you - this isn't the most thrilling course in the history of the world, but it's really important stuff that you need to know about your core and pelvic floor throughout your pregnancy and the postpartum period - stuff that my trainees are always excited to learn, or exclaim "why has no-one ever told me this!"
I believe all women should know this stuff as they navigate pregnancy.
