C-Section Recovery

Begin to Heal after C-Section

If you've recently had a c-section, start with the basics to:

- Optimize tissue healing

- Prevent restrictions and tightness in the tissues

- Begin to strengthen your core

- Prevent pain

- Prevent the c-section "shelf"

Who is the C-Section Recovery Programme for?

It's is for you if...

You recently had a c-section and you feel like you've been hit by a bus. I will take you through the 4 things you need to do to begin to recover.

You had a c-section ages ago, but still have pain, tightness or a "shelf". I'll give you the tools to start to heal and begin to strengthen your core.

You are concerned about healing after major abdominal surgery. And want to do it right, right from the beginning.

You know you need to do something to feel better, but you’re scared of doing damage. It can be scary to start after a c-section, and easy to overdo it.

"Jen understands womens' schedules - it's amazing that the videos are so well made as well as short. It's actually possible to exercise that way on a regular basis, and if one day you have more time you can do a few videos in a row".

"Jen's programme was so valuable after birth. When I hit 6 weeks postpartum I didn't know where to start. The programme helped me gently ease into exercise and really focus on my body's healing. I found Jen's videos to also be super helpful in explaining the right technique and how my movements were affecting my healing. Working through the levels helped me to get to a place where I can confidently return to my pre-birth exercise routines. I highly recommend it!"
