It's time to Strengthen your Core Muscles!
It is probably no surprise to you that you will likely need to rehabilitate and strengthen your core muscles!

I'll take you through 4 really gentle core exercises to help you connect to your abdominal muscles and begin to strengthen them.

The gentle exercises in the video you just did roughly correspond to Level 2 of the 5 Foundational Core Levels.
If you found these exercises difficult, Level 1 will help you build up to them.
And if you found them easy and are ready for the next level, Levels 3-5 will help you build a really solid core!
