If you have some experience exercising and in particular weight training, have access to some equipment, but always get stuck, aren't quite sure how to build an effective training programme and never quite reach your goals, my online coaching will help you get unstuck and smash all your goals

Hi, I’m Jen


I'm best known for saying it like it is - the devastating truth! I never sugar coat or lie. A lot of my advice directly contradicts the conventional wisdom you're used to, but there's a LOT of BS out there!


A few things about me:

  • I am a pregnancy and postnatal exercise specialist
  • As well as being a certified gym trainer, I hold qualifications in CrossFit, Sport-therapy and am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
  • I've worked with women for years in person and online to help them transform their bodies during pregnancy and after having a baby
  • I run my own Certification Course for trainers in Pre- and Postnatal Exercise, in Israel, in Hebrew

Can I do online coaching if I am a total beginner?

Online coaching works better if you have some experience and are familiar with the most important movements. Total beginners should start with my online programme https://www.jen-curtis.com/cpp-lp which will take you through all the basics at a fraction of the cost.


Can I do online coaching if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely! Many women have no idea how to exercise during pregnancy
