With 3 small children herself, she understands the specific challenges of early motherhood and helps her clients implement convenient, quick and easy strategies to totally transform their bodies.
She is trained in both exercise and nutrition, but also focuses heavily on the psychological side of weight-loss and habit change, helping other mums to change their thinking and heal their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.
